- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If your store offers free shipping during promotions or on qualifying orders, the offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to respond to the courier, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Techorbit is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
